MARLON JARAY FRIZZELL BIOGRAPHY

December 9, 1956 was a happy day for the "Father of Modern Country Music" Lefty Frizzell, and his wife Alice because Los Angeles County, California became the home to their first child. A new seven pound, twelve ounce baby boy his dad named Marlon Jaray!

Growing up as the child of country music legend, superstar and icon, Lefty Frizzell, didn't come without it's challenges! Just ask Kiefer Sutherland, Charlie Sheen or Angelina Joli!

Marlon, an ordained minister, commercial art school graduate, gospel television entrepreneur, published songwriter, bandleader, nightclub owner and operator and the last surviving heir to the Lefty Frizzell country music dynasty, has always returned to Nashville, Tennessee where he resides and supervises the day to day operations of the Lefty Frizzell estate and helps to officiate duties at country music talent agency, Music City Attractions, as senior vice-president!
